Courses for the Classroom

Introducing the life skill of mindfulness to 11-18 year olds through a programme of 9 practical and engaging classroom lessons. Suitable for pupils in secondary schools and sixth-form colleges.


paws .b stands for ''Pause, Breathe and Be''.

paws .b introduces the life skill of mindfulness to 7-11 year old children as a series of 6 engaging and practical classroom lessons.


One-to-One Coaching for Children & Teens


In-person coaching for children and teenagers led by a trained mindfulness teacher. Learn simple exercises for finding peace and calm and tools for handling stress and anxiety. Choose from introductory courses and shorter bite-size sessions.


One-to-One Mindfulness | Online Coaching for Children & Teens via Skype

Personal mindfulness coaching for children and teenagers online. Introductory courses and shorter bite-size sessions delivered via Skype and tailored to suit the needs of your child.
