An introductory session is the simplest way to begin. Attendees will take away a thorough understanding of what mindfulness is and its value to personal wellbeing, a practical experience of mindfulness meditation and a sense of whether they would like to explore it further.

The Introductory content is carefully designed to be relevant to your workplace - the type of work you do, the team culture and your current needs as an organisation. Content can be general or focused on specific issues, e.g. stress, communication, relationships, performance, leadership, work-life balance etc.
Available for large and small groups. Sessions range from 60 min tasters to half-day workshops.
