I teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to adult groups and the 'Finding Peace in a Frantic World' Course (PFW) which is based on the best-selling book. I deliver a shorter introductory course called Mindfulness ABC for those who wish to learn some basic exercises to get started.
I also work with clients on a One-to-One Coaching basis, in person and online.
