Hello, I'm Will. As a Mindfulness Facilitator and Coach, I teach the skills of living a happier, healthier life.
I believe that well-being is a skill and I value practical, science-based tools that simply work. My courses and coaching develop the awareness and habits of mind that empower you to make meaningful change in your personal and professional life.
Mindfulness is a tool for attaining a sense of balance, peace and perspective in a demanding world. It’s also a way of living – waking up to your life and engaging with it fully - with focus, purpose and effectiveness. Your potential is an exciting prospect; what would be possible for you with a fitter mind?
Where am I?
I am based in Cambridge/London and work in the surrounding areas. I also work online so we can connect wherever you are in the world.
Background & Experience
My experience in teaching mindfulness, to individuals and across the corporate, education and public sectors, is grounded in 10 years of personal meditation practice. With a background in Psychology (graduating from Loughborough University in 2007), extensive training and experience working as a personal coach, followed by in-depth mindfulness teacher-training, I've been privileged to engage with people from many backgrounds. My work has been enriched by this variety - from working with young-offenders to students; community groups to corporate teams; and school pupils to teaching staff.
I take a particular interest in workplace mindfulness training. At an individual level; developing greater well-being, resilience, performance and relationships - and at an organisational level; contributing to positive change in workplace culture. It is my belief that our modern workplaces can contribute hugely to society as a whole by taking good care of the well-being of its own employees.
I bring my coaching experience into one-to-one work with private clients where I integrate mindfulness teaching with personal coaching.
I've also had the fun of writing and recording audio content for a mindfulness app and an exercise studio!
