I work with those who aspire to thrive in their personal and professional lives; together we develop mindfulness as a life skill and as the foundation for meaningful progress and change.
I deliver courses and personal coaching to adults, teens and children. It's exciting to be part of a process that helps people develop the healthy habits of mind that empower them to express their potential and flourish.
Mindfulness is a tool for attaining a sense of balance, calm and peace in a stressful, demanding world. It’s also a way of living – of waking up to the life you have and engaging with it fully - with focus, purpose and effectiveness. Certified by the Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach the .b & paws .b classroom curricula and the .b Foundations programme to adults.
Awarded the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
